Whether it is IBMC or an insightful information night, we regularly hold presentations and events to keep both students and their parents informed about the IB Programme. For this reason we strongly suggest that both students and parents refer to the table below in order to stay up to date.

September 17, 2011 8:00am - 5:00pm	IBMC Conference for Grade 9 MYP students. A must for new IB Grade 9 students. South Building
October 18, 2011 7:00pm - 9:00pm	Grade 12 Parents' Night - information on university application process. A must for graduating students. South Building Cafeteria
November 3, 2011 5:00pm	Annual Commencement
November 24, 2011 7:00pm 9:00pm	Grade 8 Parents and students Information meeting for September 2012 IB Application. North Building Gyms Note that the application process has recently changed completely. Please plan to attend the information session to avoid disappointment.
November 25, 2011	Application A available online for downloading.
January 11, 2012	Application A due before 4:00 pm.
January 21, 2012	Application B. Saturday January 21 - 9:00 - 11:00, January 21 - 12:00 - 14:00. South Cafeteria
January 26 - January 31, 2012	Formal examinations for all students
February 2, 2012 7:00pm - 9:00pm	Grade 10 Parents' Night South Building Cafeteria Information on the choice of subjects for IB Diploma years. Information on the Option Choice process. This is a very important meeting for both students and parents.
February 3, 2012	Successful Grade 9 candidates receive acceptance letters from their Middle School counsellors.
February 9, 2012	Grade 11 Parents' Night 7:00pm - 9:00pm South Building Cafeteria Information on the IB Examinations and the Final Evaluation process
May 2- 22, 2012	IB Examinations
July 6, 2012	IB results available online to students
